Return & Refund Policy (Wholesale Accounts)

K-Beauty Direct works exclusively with business resellers and distributors. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we offer limited returns under the following conditions:

  • ✔️ Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only.
  • ✔️ You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email before returning any item.
  • ✔️ Returned items must be unopened, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
  • ✔️ For customer-side issues (overstock, incorrect orders), returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • ✔️ We do not accept returns for expired or used products, or for orders past the 7-day return window.
